Sandor Manuel Pineda Dolmus

The León Cathedral altar boy supported the people entrenched behind the barricades in the San Juan neighborhood where he lived. On June 14, at about 1:20 in the afternoon, Sandor Dolmus was at a barricade that had been put up in front of his house. Paramilitaries and police officers who had dismantled the barricades in the La Gaveta neighborhood moved on to San Juan and opened fire against the independent anti-government protesters there. Sandor was killed by a bullet that hit him in the chest.
